Brad is a mechanical and structural engineer with a PhD in metal alloy fatigue and fracture and over 20 years of experience in project management, advanced analysis, engineering design, root cause failure analysis and engineering software development. He has extensive expertise in mechanical, structural and materials handling engineering design, finite element analysis (FEA), computational fluid dynamics (CFD), discrete element modelling (DEM), fatigue analysis, fracture mechanics and high temperature creep analysis using metal alloy, refractory and FRP composite materials and has been involved in numerous ocean and wind renewable energy projects.

Sadra is a naval architect with a PhD in hydrodynamics and over 12 years of experience in design and development, modification and commissioning of mechanical projects in maritime engineering, heavy and vibrating machines, power generation, and turbomachinery systems. He has expertise in mechanical, structural, materials handling and marine engineering design, finite element analysis (FEA), computational fluid dynamics (CFD), discrete element modelling (DEM) and machine learning and has more than 8 years of experience in providing customer support and design consultancy in various engineering projects.

Nazanin is a naval architect with a PhD in hydro power and over 11 years of experience in design and development of mechanical projects and 8 years of experience as a design consultant. She has expertise in mechanical, structural and marine engineering design, finite element analysis (FEA), computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and fatigue analysis and has been active in research and development in multidisciplinary areas including turbo machinery, mechanical systems, maritime engineering, ocean renewable energy and hydro power.
